Exchange & Return

The customer can return the products without personal design and logo within 14 days from the delivery date. The customer can return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered. Products with personal designs and logos cannot be exchanged.

If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product price will be refunded within three (7) days from the date the returned product is received by us. The fee for the product return to the credit card will be credited to you within 7 business days paid out.

In cases where deterioration, breakage, destruction, scratches, wear or other conditions are found on the product and the product cannot be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded. Personalized products are excluded from the scope of return.
